Statement of Ethics

We are founded on the principle that clients value independence. Everything we do is underpinned by our commitment to impartiality:

• We will not accept fees from, be improperly influenced by or have reciprocal arrangements with any law firm, barristers' chambers, individual lawyers or other legal service providers.
• We act on behalf of clients and approach the marketplace from a position of total neutrality. We do not have a panel of preferred providers; rather, we approach the market on a case-by-case basis and seek to find the most suitable provider on the most suitable terms based solely on client requirement and merit.
• We are fully transparent with both our clients and legal service providers about our processes.
• We will always act in good faith.
